As Japan moves towards a carbon-neutral future, with a national target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 46 per cent by 2030 and net-zero emissions by 2050, Ventura is capitalising on the movement and supporting the transition.

“Cities like Tokyo are leading this transformation, investing in zero-emission vehicles and committing to cleaner, smarter and safer mobility. Our door systems have supported this transition, for example in the Toyora Sora fuel cell bus,” a Ventura Systems statement reads.

“Public transport, and buses in particular, play a central role in this transition. Safe, reliable and efficient door systems are essential to facilitate the journeys of the growing urban population.”

The new office in Japan is part of a wider network of sales and service offices backed by the expertise and resources of the global organisation. The office is supported by the Ventura team in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
