Door manufacturer Ventura Systems has appointed Erik te Riele as its newest CEO, stepping into the role back in September 2024.
te Riele succeeds Jan Lont, temporarily taking on the role as interim CEO while continuing his responsibilities as a board member.

With over 30 years of experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, te Riele brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to the role.
His career spans engineering, operational management, and commercial leadership roles at prominent companies such as Unilever, DSM, and Hunter Douglas Europe.
te Riele also has significant experience in the industrial door industry through his leadership positions at Novoferm and Reinaerdt Deuren.
