Australian Traffic Network has launched a new website aimed at alerting road users nationally to congestion issues.
The road conditions information service says the website, GetTraffic.com.au, provides real-time traffic information on incidents, breakdowns and trouble spots for major roads, highways, freeways and back streets across the country.
It is accessible by computer, smart phone and tablet.
“We know that there is overwhelming evidence that traffic volumes and congestion levels in Australian national cities are getting worse,” Managing Director Bill Pezzimenti says, adding that the website can help road-users cope more easily with route obstacles.
Australian Traffic Network is best known for its traffic information services to news organisations.
