Taro Distributors show quality brake products at Expo

Taro Distributors has a chance to show its all-round range of brake products at the Expo

For director Mark Nelson, the Bus & Coach Expo will be a fine chance for Taro Distributors to show its all-round range of foundation brake products.

For more than 30 years, Nelson has ensured Taro Distributors provides clients with high quality brake-related products. It includes importing disc pads, brake lining, brake shoes, disc rotors, brake drums and brake callipers alongside other foundation brake related products. Taro also distributes its products Australia-wide while exporting its offerings to New Zealand the Pacific Islands.

Taro Distributors will be showcasing its brake-related products at this year’s Expo, where it will use its booth to meet with clients and advise visitors of Taro’s range of quality products.

“We’ve only got a little booth, but it’ll be important to meet people we’ve known over the years and also show potential customers what our business is about,” Nelson says. “We’re looking to catch up with people and talk about brake issues, including quality and supply.”

The Taro Distributors director says his company hasn’t been part of an Expo for a while, with the last show he attended being the Brisbane Truck Show. But now he wants Taro to continue building relationships in the bus industry at this year’s Expo.

After previously supplying brakes and other related products both directly and through distributors-wholesalers to government buses and private bus companies in New South Wales, Victoria, Canberra and Perth, Nelson says Taro will use the Expo to gauge what it can import for current bus manufacturers.

“We can import and supply some specific materials for fixing brakes that other companies don’t have or can’t get,” Nelson says. “We can still get niche products made in the UK in small batches so we can supply it to everyone here.

“As an importer, we’re excited about what we can do while at the Expo.”
