February 9, 2012

Leading transport systems provider INIT will present its latest ticketing and real time passenger information technology at Amsterdam’s Intertraffic conference in March.

INIT’s exhibition will centre on the fleet management system MOBILE-ITCS (Intermodal Transport Control System) which can be tailored to meet specific requirements, or adapted to meet multi-client capability.

MOBILE-ITCS provides reliable real-time passenger information, and has the ability to fully integrate all processes of ticketing, fleet management and real-time passenger information.

INIT says the technology reflects the current trend in the public transport to provide passengers with various payment options and real-time information while reducing investment and operation costs.

Another product which will be showcased at the INIT booth is the integrated on-board computer and ticketing unit, EVENDpc.

This all-in-one system offers the unique advantage of a fully incorporated ticketing, operations control and real-time passenger information system.

EVENDpc also ensures a perfect communication flow and reliable data exchanges between the vehicle and the control centre.

This integrated approach offers maximum economic efficiency and is proving to be extremely favorable to transport companies worldwide.

INIT will also demonstrate the passenger terminal PROXmobil, an electronic smart card fare terminal which supports all features of e-ticketing.

PROXmobil can reduce waiting times at stops with faster ticketing which has been proven to increase punctuality and service quality as well as passenger satisfaction.

INIT will be at booth 11.909 at the Intertraffic Exhibition from March 27-30.
