Tristar Truck and Bus is expanding into two new locations as Fuso's bus presence continues to evolve in Australia

Family-owned dealership business Tristar Truck and Bus is expanding its footprint in Australia with news of new showrooms soon to open in Shepparton and the Australian Capital Territory.

Following the success of their Albury and Wagga locations, Tristar Truck and Bus will open Daimler Trucks Shepparton and Daimler Trucks Canberra later this year.

The dealerships will be selling Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Freightliner and Fuso trucks and buses.

The family-owned organisation, headed up by David Warren, was awarded the prestigious Daimler Truck Australia Pacific Dealer of the Year Award for 2022 for its commitment to customers at its Albury branch.

Daimler Truck Australia Pacific President and CEO Daniel Whitehead says he is excited that Tristar Truck and Bus will soon cover two additional regions when it comes to Fuso bus sales.

“Our Albury and Wagga Wagga customers give us so much positive feedback about how David and his team go out of their way to keep them moving,” Whitehead says.

“We are delighted that David and his team will be able to bring this kind of customer support to our Fuso bus customers in these critical areas of Shepparton and the ACT,” he says.

David Warren says the team at Tristar Truck and Bus is looking forward to opening the two new locations.

“We are really excited about serving Daimler Truck and Fuso Bus customers of the greater Shepparton region and the Australian Capital Territory,” he says.

“They are both really important freight regions and we are determined to introduce the excellent customer service that we strive to deliver every day at our Albury and Wagga Wagga locations.”

The family only took hold of the reins of their Wagga and Albury locations in 2020, having thrived since.
