VOLVO BUS BODY-BUILD SUPPORT MANAGER ANNOUNCED

AT A TIME when news of Volvo Bus Australia leadership changes have been announced, the company has also confirmed the appointment of its new technical and body-build support manager, Mark Fryer.

This role will see Fryer providing instrumental body-build technical, quality and project support to the engineering and aftersales team, the company states.

Fryer joined Volvo Bus Australia on March 11, 2020, with a wealth of industry experience and knowledge, it explains.

Having worked for Volgren for the past 15 years, Fryer has developed exceptional skills within the bus industry, where he has built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders and played a significant role in servicing customers, it says.

According to the company, his most recent role as production supervisor with Volgren saw him overseeing the management of production at their Melbourne facility.

With strong motivation and a passion for manufacturing, Fryer is delighted to be working alongside the engineering and aftersales team at Volvo Bus Australia, Volvo Bus adds.

His history of enhancing customer experiences through process improvements and optimised quality systems will further strengthen the Volvo Bus team, it states.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE

TEAM EFFORT

Fryer will be working alongside Dean Moule, engineering and electro-mobility product manager at Volvo Bus Australia, the company says. 

Fryer’s passion for teamwork and customer success will further enhance the internal success of Volvo Bus Australia’s engineering and aftersales team and will be vital to the company moving forward, it states.
