OCTOBER

Leadership should help industry

The bus industry rejoiced in late 2015 when public transport advocate Malcolm Turnbull was announced as new Australian Prime Minister (PM). It is hoped the new PM will continue to bat for public transport, and the news was welcomed by representative groups BIC and Public Transport Users Associations (PTUA). The first ever federal minister for cities Jamie Briggs was also appointed in Turnbull’s cabinet.

Denning by design

Owner driver Scott Houlahan should be Denning’s’ number one brand ambassador, according to the October edition of ABC magazine. Houlahan invited the publication to test drive his new Denning Phoenix after finding the vehicle a perfect fit for his school and charter work.
