A recall notice has been issued for 30 MAN buses and trucks relating to possible oil leak

A recall has been issued on 30 MAN buses, coaches and trucks over a cylinder head cover.
A notice from Product Recalls Australia says there is a potential problem with 30 vehicles.
“Oil may emerge from the cylinder head cover in the event of engine damage,” says the notice.
“In the worst case scenario, this could cause a fire hazard if leaking oil comes into contact with parts of the exhaust system.”
The notice says a letter is being sent to affected owners, and that inspection and rectification will be carried out free of charge.
