Another bus driver has been assaulted in NSW

A man who allegedly assaulted a bus driver in Chester Hill, New South Wales yesterday will face court today.

The 42-year-old man allegedly punched a
51-year-old bus driver’s head several times opposite Chester Hill train station on Chester Hill Road yesterday morning.

The
man had allegedly
boarded the bus and argued with the driver before becoming violent.

Police were called and found the man, who was arrested by officers.

He was later taken to Bankstown Police Station and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The man was refused bail to appear in Bankstown Local Court today.
