The men boarded the bus at Taylor Square, Darlinghurst, shortly before midnight (Sunday, December 6) before travelling to Bondi.

During transit, the bus security officer approached the two men and asked them to put their shirts on.

The men refused, and an argument commenced, resulting in the 41-year-old security guard being punched in the face.

He is now suffering a black eye.

The two men got off the bus and were last seen walking down Campbell Parade, Bondi.

The men have been described being of white/European in appearance and one had a nipple ring with stars tattooed around it. He had short dark hair and was aged in his mid twenties.
