Dear Bus Operator or Advisor to the Bus Sector,
As part of ongoing research, I am undertaking a survey to establish an appreciation of the clarity of contracts awarded to bus operators, which set out their obligations in respect of provision of bus services.
These contracts may have different names: regional bus contracts, route service contracts, etc. We are interested in all such contracts.
I am interested in the views of bus operators and people who advise at least one specific bus business or regional bus entity, where the bus business has at least one contract that is 2 years or older. If you meet these criteria, I would appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete this online survey.
