A Queensland bus driver has been remanded to a committal hearing in the Brisbane Magistrates Court charged with assaulting an elderly passenger.
Dennis Fath Chow 38-year has been charged of seriously assaulting a person over 60-years-of-age, a 79-year-old man at Chermside West last month.
The victim suffered head and hand injuries, which required treatment at the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
Chow has been remanded to a committal mention hearing in December and a committal hearing in January next year.
