A transport survey developed to measure overall satisfaction with Queenslanders is offering respondents great prizes while giving decision makers the right information to improve the transport system.

The Nielsen Company, with support from TRANSLink, is continuing to recruit participants for its South East Queensland Transport Survey.

Its purpose is to better understand the views of public transport users in regards to their overall satisfaction with current transport services.

"This is a fantastic opportunity for South East Queenslanders to have their say on issues affecting many public transport users," says Robyn Rutley, associate director, The Nielsen Company.

"The views of South East Queenslanders will help improve the overall efficiency of bus, train, CityFerry and CityCat services."

The Transport Survey has been running for six months already with all participants going into the draw to win a $718 prize pack or one-of-five monthly travel passes, valued at $468 each. Participants can enter online via the website, www.transportsurvey.com.au.

Quarterly prizes of monthly travel passes are offered to six participants, with the first quarter prize draws now complete. The winners this quarter were Aaron Neumann (gift card and travel pass), David Gates, Joanna Sorrentini, Kathy Yeo, Robyn O'Connor and Veronica Arnold.

"Congratulations to the above participants for taking the time to express their views on this important transport issue," says Rutley.

"We look forward to its continued success during the course of the year."
