New South Wales State Transit has introduced an email alerts service developed to notify customers directly when their service is

New South Wales State Transit has introduced an email alerts service developed to notify customers directly when their service is changing or is to be affected by a planned event.

You can select route(s) that you wish to be sent updates about and will then be informed via email of any planned service changes that directly affect those routes. You can update your details as often as they like, using a chosen username and password.

The email alerts system allows you to stay up to date with changes to your bus service.

You will receive advance warning of any timetable or route changes or any enhancements to services or altered terminal arrangements and diversions during major events such as for New Year’s Eve, World Youth Day or Mardi Gras.

This service will also complement existing forms of passenger information, such as the distribution of flyers, posters on board buses and breaking news online, to ensure that service information reaches the largest possible target audience.
