Transport operator Entrada Travel Group has announced the appointment of a new CEO as the business marks its next chapter.
The group includes bus brands like Greyhound Australia, InterCity in New Zealand and the Auckland Explorer Bus.
Dan Alpe has been appointed as the group’s new CEO, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading tourism and transport businesses across New Zealand and Australia. He co-founded JUCY and later established Travvia following the acquisition of Star RV, serving as Chief Executive Officer, while also leading the business through periods of both growth and industry disruption.

Known for his practical, hands-on leadership style, he combines strong commercial discipline with a clear focus on people, customer experience and long-term value creation. He brings a deep understanding of what drives performance in transport and travel businesses, from day-to-day operations through to strategic execution.
Entrada Travel Group says the appointment allows the operator to build on its strong foundations and progress its long-term strategic ambitions across its portfolio of travel brands.
