Cool down with DENSO

DENSO will be displaying its new AC, the ‘Movincool’ spot cooler and compressors at the upcoming Bus and Coach Show

The decarbonisation and electrification of the international bus and coach industry is not just limited to engines of the buses themselves. Rather, it relates to every aspect of the vehicle – and that’s where DENSO is looking to shine in the upcoming National Bus & Coach Show.

The company has been an international world-leader in the aftermarket parts space since its Japanese foundation in 1949, and it’s looking to showcase its electric air-conditioning system in Brisbane’s September heat at the Show.

“DENSO is releasing a new electric air conditioner to the market,” DENSO business development manager Robert Smart told ABC.

“It will be the most advanced unit of its kind.

“We will be displaying our new AC, our ‘Movincool’ spot cooler and compressors.”

DENSO’s ‘Movincool’ is a portable spot cooling air-conditioner that has proven itself in a variety of environments since its initial development over 30 years ago.

While it has gained a reputation for being able to handle a variety of commercial light industrial needs, DENSO believes its offerings at the upcoming Show will help push the decarbonisation of the wider transport industry.

“We are expecting zero-emissions technology to be the major talking point of the Show, so we hope attendees can gain a strong understanding of the continual development DENSO puts into its product to help the global push to advance to a greener planet.”
