Following customer feedback, Auckland Transport is improving the bus services and Southern Line train service in Pukekohe from Monday April 18 2025.

Extra early morning trips will be added to the start of the weekday timetables for the 391 (northeast Pukekohe), 392 (northwest Pukekohe), 393 (south Pukekohe) and 394 (Paerātā Rise – Pukekohe) bus services.

These extra trips will allow passengers to get to Pukekohe Station in time to catch the first Southern Line trains.

No other changes to timetables will be made for these bus services, with the extra services running on weekdays only.

Train users won’t pay an extra fare to take a bus to or from Pukekohe Station, as long as the transfer between services takes no more than 30 minutes.

To do so, passengers must tag on and off each service using the same AT HOP card or contactless payment method, and complete their journey within four hours.
