Industry excellence took centre stage tonight at the 2026 Manufacturers’ Monthly Endeavour Awards gala dinner, where manufacturing professionals and organisations from across the country gathered to celebrate the leaders, innovators and rising stars shaping Australia’s manufacturing sector.
Held at The Westin Brisbane, the sold-out event welcomed more than 250 industry professionals for an evening recognising the sector’s top performers, emerging talent and innovators driving growth across Australian manufacturing.
“The room was buzzing with conversation and celebration tonight. It was fantastic to see the industry come together to recognise and celebrate such an important occasion,” Prime Creative Media head of awards and conferences Caitlyn Douglas says.

The 2026 Endeavour Awards featured 10 categories, acknowledging excellence across leadership, innovation and manufacturing performance. Returning categories including Manufacturer of the Year and Leader of the Year were joined by four new awards spotlighting Innovation in Aerospace, Transport, Health Technology, and Food & Beverage Manufacturing, reflecting the continued growth and diversification of Australia’s manufacturing industry.

- Rising Star of the Year Award- Alex Hansen, NEACH
- Outstanding Start-Up Award – Hypersonix Launch Systems
- Innovation in Health Technology- iOrthotics

- Innovation in Transport – Amtek
- Advanced Manufacturing Excellence Award – Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS)
- Innovation in Aerospace – Space Machines Company
- Leader of the Year – Alan Oppenheim, Ego Pharmaceuticals
- Manufacturer of the Year – BOC
The top accolade of the night, Manufacturer of the Year, was awarded to BOC after achieving the highest overall score in their respective category. The prestigious award recognises outstanding performance, leadership and innovation across the manufacturing sector, and is considered the pinnacle achievement of the Endeavour Awards program.
“It has been a great night, winning two awards is something special,” BOC national business development manager Anil Kamath says.
Since their inception, the Endeavour Awards have become the benchmark for excellence within Australia’s manufacturing industry. Open to all manufacturing businesses operating across the country, the awards bring together industry professionals committed to advancing innovation, capability and growth across the sector.
