Conditions of Entry 1. All entrants must be over 18 years of age. 2. Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to residents of Australia, other than employees of ACP Publishing Pty Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, and their associated agencies and families. 3. Competition opens 17/03/08 and closes 30/04/08. Enter by filling in and sending in the readership survey found in ABC magazine or online at www.busnews.com.au in order to go into the draw. The Winning Entry will be the first drawn, 11 am on 01/05/08 at Trader Business Media, 244 St Pauls Tce, Spring Hill Qld 4006 or Trader Business Media Cnr Browning & Russell Sts West End 4104. Entries to be filled out online, or faxed or posted to ABC readership survey, 244 St Pauls Tce, Spring Hill, Qld 4006 or Trader Business Media Cnr Browning & Russell Sts West End 4104. All entries become the property of Trader Business Media and may be used in future marketing promotions. The winner will be notified by phone. 4. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the conditions will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail by post or electronic. 5. Prize is a 2000 kilometre pass supplied by Greyhound Australia valued at $360. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize will be delivered within 28 days of the draw. If the draw is not claimed then the competition will be re-drawn on 30/06/08 at 11am. A winner will be notified by phone or post on the 01/05/08. 6. Greyhound Australia’s terms and conditions of Travel and use of the prize must be adhered to and are non-negotiable. 7. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date that the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. If within 3 months the prize has not been collected, it is the responsibility of the promoter to try and deliver the prize, and if it can’t be delivered, the promoter must contact the department and, subject to approval, conduct a further determination of winners of the prize in accordance with any directions of the person by whom approval was given. If after reasonable effort the promoter cannot contact the prize winner, a re-draw will be conducted after 3 months 8. The Prize winner will be notified by post or phone on the 01/05/08.
