The Queensland government has unveiled changes to the way many licensed bulk-end users (BEU) can claim the state's 8.4-cents-a-litre subsidy. Under the reforms, which are largely aimed at primary producers, a BEU that claims less than $500 a year in subsidy payments will be able to receive their subsidy annually.
