The country's most senior industrial arbiter has joined calls for a fairer, simpler national industrial relations (IR) system.
Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC) president, Justice Geoffrey Guidice, told the Queensland Bar Association that the country's IR system is becoming increasingly unjust, with some workers denied benefits and some small employers victimised by the system.
